男子自述输了近40万
昨天下午，网友程文（化名）反映，去年11月份，有QQ网友以进群抢红包名义将其拉入“悍马私人俱乐部”和“国际顶级娱乐会所”两个QQ群。上述群利用猜随机红包数字大小，安排网友下注赌博。网友可以随时充值，也可以随时将赌资取出。
群管理人员设置了定期发放福利红包和返利，“输赢300元以上可以进入福利群，群主发放3666元红包，供群友随机抢”。QQ群24小时营业，早上8点刷新盘，当日输500元以上的网友，可以获得20%的“反水”（按照当天所输金额的20%退还给网友）。
程文工作几年来积攒了20余万元，准备回到老家翻盖新房。“开始时，每次投入几十元。当天输了钱还能通过反水和抢红包挣回来，有时候还能挣到几百元。”随着参与次数越来越多，程文每局投入的金额达上千元。他说，曾经一天内最多输掉过6000多元。3个月，程文不仅把20多万元存款输光，还通过高利贷借了10多万元。程文说，债主上门讨债，妻子跟他离了婚。为了躲债，他不得不外出找工作。
