IT资讯讯 6月7日消息，证监会今日发布公告称，暴风科技发行股份购买资产申请未获通过。证监会给出的审核意见为，标的公司盈利能力具有较大不确定性，不符合《上市公司重大资产重组管理办法》第四十三条的相关规定。

据了解，暴风集团股份有限公司于2016年5月31日接到中国证监会的通知，中国证监会上市公司并购重组审核委员会将于近日审核公司发行股份及支付现金购买资产并募集配套资金事项。而证监会在审核后给出了上述审核意见。

目前，暴风科技尚处于停牌状态，股价68.43元，总市值189亿元。
