苏宁同时接手了债务
2.7亿欧元的总对价，苏宁体育产业集团以认购新股及收购老股的方式，成功拿下国际米兰俱乐部约70%的股份，国米现任主席、印尼富商托希尔旗下的ISC公司则持有约30%股权，剩余股份则由一众小股东持有。
以此粗略计算，苏宁对国际米兰的估价不到4亿欧元。
苏宁所拿下的约七成国米股权中，约四成来自托希尔，另外约三成则来自于被全球国米球迷昵称为“老爹”的前任主席莫拉蒂。这也意味着，蓝黑军团彻底褪去莫拉蒂家族色彩。国际米兰拿下欧冠冠军的1963/64赛季、1964/65赛季、2009/10赛季，均处于莫拉蒂家族治下。
但苏宁想要重现莫拉蒂家族曾为国米带来的荣耀，显非易事。
自托希尔于2013年接掌国米后，受诸多内外因素制约，球队在意甲联赛中战绩不佳，俱乐部经营也磕磕绊绊。

据此前媒体报道，托希尔以3.5亿欧元收购了国际米兰约70%股权。当时，福布斯给国际米兰的估值大约在4.01亿美元左右。根据意大利《米兰体育报》的分析，在计入债务的情况下，国际米兰整体股价约7亿欧元，另有消息称，目前国际米兰负债已超过4亿欧元。意大利专业财经媒体《阳光24小时》为国际米兰给出的估价则是6亿欧元。
负债方面，2014年国际米兰曾签下总金额约2.3亿欧元的贷款协议，这笔贷款由高盛牵头完成，出资方来自欧美等地25家机构投资者。根据计划，其中1.75亿欧元被用于偿还银行贷款，剩余5500万欧元则被用于其他商业用途。根据计划，国米将把每年的电视转播收入、商业收入等优先用于偿还贷款，超出部分方用于球队。
