新京报快讯(记者邓琦)北京市人口老龄化进程不断加快，老年人今后如何养老成为社会关注的热点。8日下午，北京市政协召开医养结合问题提案办理协商会，市民政局相关负责人表示，将鼓励京籍老人旅游养老、候鸟式养老。
会上，市民政局相关负责人通报了提案办理初步答复意见，16件提案包含的63条建议中，市政府相关部门拟完全采纳59条，部分采纳4条。
其中，围绕“医养结合”服务机制创新方面，委员们提出“探索建立长期照护保障制度”、“制度创新，推进医养结合养老方式的发展，建设和发展专业长期照护服务机构”等18条建议，有关部门拟完全采纳15条，部分采纳3条。
市民政局相关负责人介绍，根据京津冀协同发展部署，养老服务，医疗卫生领域均形成了一体化发展框架协议和试点推进项目，鼓励京籍老人旅游养老、候鸟式养老。市第一社会福利院与河北省涞水县合作输出养老服务技术，共建“祖冲之小镇”养老社区;首钢集团曹妃甸产业园区筹建养老服务产业园，吸引国内外特别是京津冀区域内知名养老服务企业入驻;河北燕达国际健康城对接北京优质医疗资源为京籍老人开展老年健康服务。
同时，按照“政策随老人走”原则，津冀地区试点机构享受北京养老床位运营补贴、机构综合责任保险、医保政策互联互通等政策。搭建区域内服务机构交流合作平台，建立京津冀一体化老年健康政策对接、信息互通、人员交流、技术协作机制。
该负责人表示，《关于北京市参保人员在河北省就医有关问题的通知》明确河北省医保定点机构，可作为北京医疗保险参保人员异地就医定点，北京参保人员在河北居住，可在定点医疗机构就近就医，享受北京医保待遇。在医疗费用异地结算方面，国家正建立省级异地就医结算平台;津冀地区将力争于9月底实现异地就医即时结算。
