河北唐山启动重污染天Ⅲ级黄色预警
中新社石家庄6月8日电  (李茜)为保障即将到来的第三次中国—中东欧国家地方领导人会议暨河北省国际经济贸易洽谈会期间空气质量，经河北唐山市重污染天气应对指挥部研究决定，从6月8日零时起，启动Ⅲ级黄色预警响应。
　　唐山各县(市)区、各单位要严格按照《唐山市重污染天气预警应急响应预案》和《唐山“中国—中东欧国家地方领导人会议”暨河北省经济洽谈会空气质量保障措施》的要求组织实施相关措施，完成三项超低排放改造并通过环保部门验收的电力企业及轧钢企业使用天然气、管道煤气等清洁能源的可以不再采取限产措施。
　　在天气发生好转时，指挥部将及时公布解除预警。
　　随着重污染天气黄色预警三级响应启动，重污染天气Ⅲ级交通管控措施相应开始实施。部分地区部分路段将禁止重型、中型货车和三轮汽车、低速载货汽车等车辆通行。执行任务的警车、消防车、工程救险车、军车等不受上述限制。
　　唐山市民赵友军对此次启动重污染天预警表示理解。他称，唐山在世人眼中曾以污染著称，然而这个以重工业发展起来的城市正在绿色转型，空气质量逐渐好转。今年世园会、金鸡百花奖等多个大型活动在唐山举办，唐山应该以崭新的形象亮相。
