　　经初步调查，广元市轮船公司“双龙号”游船在广元市利州区白龙湖景区船体侧翻沉没，除了天气原因，也暴露出个别地方和企业存在汛期安全工作落实不到位、隐患排查治理不彻底，一些地方和一些同志对安全的侥幸、麻痹心理等问题；也反映出相关部门在对旅游船舶的规范管理和预警预报极端恶劣天气信息共享机制建设等工作方面存在薄弱环节。

　　目前，四川已成立由四川省安监局、监察厅、公安厅、交通运输厅、住房城乡建设厅、旅游发展委、总工会、气象局、广元市人民政府等单位组成的调查组，并邀请四川省检察院立即着手开展调查，进一步查明沉船事故原因。

　　据悉，四川各地各部门将用1个月时间，对本地区、本行业领域的安全生产工作进行全面督查检查，做到横向到边、纵向到底。同时，立即开展水上交通安全隐患排查专项治理，旅游行业夏秋旅游旺季安全整治，公众聚集场所安全管理，煤矿、非煤矿山、危化品、交通运输、建筑施工、水利水电等重点行业领域安全监管工作。

　　6月4日14时40分许，广元市轮船公司“双龙号”游船在广元市利州区白龙湖景区船体侧翻沉没。经初步核实，该游船荷载40人、实载18人。目前，事故原因还在调查之中。
