刘小姐气不过，打电话报了警。经过5个多月的侦查，最近金东警方把这个诈骗团伙端了。

事情发生在2015年12月底，20岁的刘小姐通过网络搜寻卖家，联系上了上海的一个人，自称是卖“自家养的加菲猫”。刘小姐加了对方微信，谈好加菲猫价格是2500元。
当刘小姐确定要买后，对方又以检疫费、健康费、保温费、托运费等名义，向刘小姐要了510元。
去年12月27日，刘小姐总算收到了网购的加菲猫，可打开一看，傻眼了：哪里是什么加菲猫，根本就是只再普通不过的家猫。
刘小姐很疑惑，找客服质疑，对方一开始还推托，最后干脆不理。后来刘小姐搜了一下，发现跟她一样被骗的人不少，实在气不过，她就在网上曝光了卖家的电话和地址，还报了警。
历时5个月捣毁诈骗团伙，所谓的宠物猫狗都是土货
接到刘小姐的报案后，金东警方经过5个多月的侦办，捣毁了背后的诈骗团伙。
这个团伙是怎么作案的？警方介绍，嫌疑人不养宠物，客服会在58同城、赶集网等各种平台注册账号，再从网上、朋友圈下载宠物猫狗的图片和小视频，然后坐等买家上钩。如果买家咨询，就把图片和视频发过去，博取信任后等待买家付款。
据了解，他们销售的宠物猫狗，每只价格在1500元以上，贵的5000多元。在收到买家付款后，他们再联系第三方，以极低的价格购买普通猫狗，再把这些“土货”寄给买家。此时，他们还会以检疫费、保温费等名义，再向买家敲一笔。
民警说，团伙涉案已近600起，受害人遍布全国各地，案值超百万元，光是带回的赃款就有23万多元。

据悉，这是浙江警方首次破获如此重大的宠物诈骗案件，而团伙的主要负责人周某和妻子江某，一个是1987年出生，一个是1989年出生，都只有初中文化。团伙其他成员有20多人，除了少数一部分是招的，其余主要人员均是亲戚加老乡。
据周某自己交代，他是从去年12月开始从事这一行，手底下好些人都是本科、大专文化的大学生，熟悉电脑技术，更懂猫狗，另外还有专人负责取款。
今年4月，也许是听到风声，周某将公司从上海转移到了广东佛山，大手笔租下一幢房子的2~4层，并安装门禁和监控，处事十分谨慎。
尽管每笔订单基本都被投诉，但公司的业绩“欣荣”，连普通的业务客服，做得好的每月工资2万多元，一般的也有上万元。
目前，警方已掌握团伙中20多人的信息，其中18人已经到案，另有人在逃，相关案情正在进一步调查中。
