邓亚萍宣布辞去人民日报社职务 重回体育圈创业
在“人民搜索”风波之后，邓亚萍再次走入了公众视野。今日（6月9日），这位曾经的乒乓女皇宣布辞去人民日报社副秘书长职务，联手洪泰创新空间创始人王胜江，与俞敏洪、盛希泰一起打造国内第一家体育产业创新创业平台——这是邓亚萍从北京奥组委离开后，阔别七年重归体育圈。
43岁的邓亚萍可谓是中国乒乓球的一个奇迹和符号，从16岁拿到世界冠军开始，她在职业生涯中一共获得18个世界冠军头衔，巴塞罗那和亚特兰大两届奥运会上她共获得四金，创下了中国奥运历史上首夺四金的纪录。此外，她还是中国乒乓球历史上第一位女子大满贯选手，并是乒乓球历史上排名世界第一时间最长的女运动员。

1997年，邓亚萍在曼彻斯特世乒赛获得女团、女双和女单三枚金牌后退出国家队，开始自己的求学之路。她先是获得清华大学外语系英语学士的学位，接着又在英国攻读硕士学位，并于2002年获得诺丁汉大学中国当代研究专业硕士学位，随后她前往剑桥，在2008年获得剑桥大学土地经济学博士学位，成为中国第一个拿到世界顶级大学博士学位的奥运冠军。
求学期间，邓亚萍也曾在国家体育总局、北京奥组委市场开发部和奥运村部工作，在北京奥运会结束后，她离开体育圈，就任共青团北京市委副书记。2010年，邓亚萍出任人民日报社副秘书长，并兼任人民搜索的总经理。

然而，作为一名曾经的运动员，并从事过体育外交和体育市场开发的工作，邓亚萍也一直心系体育圈，在近来体育产业蓬勃发展的大环境下，她最终决定下海创业并透露了在这时候投身体育创新产业的原因：“现在，社会各界力量都在大力发展体育产业，推动体育消费和全民健身，让大家身心更健康，是一件实实在在的好事。要实现这一目标，需要大量的创新。从我成为一名运动员开始，体育已经深入我的血液。离开竞技体育的舞台后，我又从事了多年体育外交和体育市场开发的工作和研究，让我对体育产业和经济有了更深的理解。我希望能利用自己的微薄之力，为有志于在这个领域创新创业的年青人提供一点力所能及的帮助，回报多年来社会对我的关心和支持。”
在投身全新的事业后，邓亚萍表示也会把帮助退役运动员转型作为这次合作项目重点之一。
“我们过往的运动员培养机制很难兼顾训练和读书，成长环境也相对单纯，让退役运动员在转型的时候可能会遇到一些困难。但是我发现，不管是世界冠军还是普通运动员，都拥有一些共同的特质，包括坚韧毅力、决断能力、竞争理念、团队意识等等，尤其他们对体育真正内涵的理解，这都让他们在体育产业创新创业中拥有其他人难以具备的优势。”
曾经的乒乓女皇能完成人生的再一次华丽转身吗？
邓亚萍希望通过针对性的培训和专业化的团队搭建，让广大退役运动员成为体育产业创新创业的新兴力量。她表示：“我特别想利用自己的一点资源、能量和经验，为更多的退役运动员提供帮助，通过针对性的培训，和专业化的团队搭建，补足他们的短板，让广大退役运动员成为体育产业创新创业的新兴力量。这次和洪泰的合作，我也是抱着向俞敏洪、盛希泰、王胜江这几位创投界的大佬学习的心态。他们几位在各自的领域都很成功，有着丰富的创业经验和行业资源，希望这些能跟我形成互补。”
邓亚萍表示，这次合作的项目是她回归体育产业的第一个使命，接下来，她还将会努力在这个行业做更多的事。

获得剑桥大学博士学位的邓亚萍曾被誉为退役运动员的典范。
同为洪泰基金和洪泰创新空间创始合伙人的盛希泰则表示：“体育产业市场前景巨大，我们也有计划垂直体育产业，深入做好体育产业项目孵化。亚萍是中国家喻户晓的奥运冠军，在世界范围也有较高的知名度，还曾承担北京奥运会市场开发工作，她对体育产业商业运作既有深厚的理论研究又有实践经验。我相信，我们与亚萍的合作，肯定能够像奥运会开幕式的点火仪式一样，点燃体育产业最大赛场的创新创业之火，共同推动中国体育产业的发展。”
创业，邓亚萍面临全新的挑战。
目前洪泰创新空间已经孵化项目近200个，近70%的项目拿到天使轮或A轮融资，已获融资项目估值共超过100亿元人民币，累计融资金额超过10亿人民币。未来，洪泰创新空间将联合邓亚萍在如下五个领域发力：
第一、在全国各地建设一批文化体育类垂直的创新空间，为体育创新创业项目团队提供系统化深度孵化服务。
第二、组建一支体育产业基金，推动体育创新创业项目快速成长。
第三、利用合作双方在全球范围内的优质体育产业和创投产业资源，促进体育产业交流，在积极引入国外优质体育资源和模式的同时，推动中国优秀体育创新企业走出去。
第四、积极撬动各方资源，与各地政府和企事业单位广泛合作，探索以体育健康消费为源动力的新型体育产业园区发展模式，助力体育产业的良性发展。
第五、积极帮助退役运动员转型，并通过创新空间这一平台为有志于在体育产业创新创业的退役运动员提供更大帮助。
眼下，中国体育产业的发展所面临的窘境就是缺乏专业人士，邓亚萍的履历则完美地覆盖了该行业的需求，再加上能够获得创投界的支持，相信她会像回到乒乓球台一样所向披靡，成为体育产业大潮中的新弄潮儿。
