　　随后，经当地警方调查发现：2016年6月8日傍晚时分，一身份不明的妇女途经穿山镇仁安村王排屯，见一村民抱的小孩可爱，就上去摸了下小孩的手，被村民误认为是偷小孩的，并报警。随后，穿山派出所民警快速出警到现场，将该妇女带到派出所调查，经查证，发现该妇女痴呆、不能正确表述自己身份，没有偷抢小孩嫌疑，目前已联系相关部门，拟送救助站安置。
