台媒：传宋楚瑜同意接掌海基会 已部署重要人事

　　据台媒中国时报6月9日消息：最近台湾政坛传出亲民党主席宋楚瑜在蔡英文三度拜访下，已同意接掌海基会，且已开始部署海基会重要人事。

　　宋办7日指出，蔡英文与宋楚瑜两人见面谈了很多，就是没谈人事；针对媒体报道，真的毫无所悉。“总统府”说，海基会相关人事安排，目前都在规划作业中，一旦确认，就会说明。

　　台湾资深媒体人陈敏凤7日发文表示，蔡英文属意宋楚瑜出任新“政府”海基会董事长，几近明朗；宋在蔡三度拜访下，开始部署海基会人事，某位泛蓝北部前“立委”已受邀出任海基会副秘书长，至于秘书长一职因众多人马争取，近日会决定。

　　至于蔡“政府”如何透过宋楚瑜开启目前呈现中断的两岸交流？陈敏凤表示，相关方面有多种剧本，其中之一就是由宋楚瑜出面提“九二共识”，但蔡“政府”不承认也不否认，以作为新“政府”两岸交流的依据；但这套剧本是否最后取得双方共识，仍待验证。

　　另据台湾风传媒报道，8日出席海基会大陆台商端午节联谊的台商，对于宋楚瑜接掌海基会普遍认为可以接受。台企联荣誉会长郭山辉表示，能够促成两岸和平稳定交流的，都是好人选。

　　新任台企联董事的王屏生则认为，宋楚瑜对两岸事务非常娴熟，关系也很好，若宋楚瑜可以接任海基会董事长，“是蛮正确的人选”。

　　深圳台协会长陈合泰认为，现在可以胜任海基会董事长的人，非宋楚瑜莫属。

　　但王屏生也认为，重点还是两岸要在“九二共识”的前提下达成共识，否则此事无法突破，有新董事长也没什么用。
