　　6月8日晚，兖州区公安局指挥中心接到报警称兖州区和馨家园西区发生一起抢夺儿童事件。经民警初步调查，这是一起群众间因误会发生口角并引起围观的事件，当事人李慧芳被误认为是贩卖儿童的犯罪嫌疑人。

　　经向当事人赵某某、伊某某以及现场群众了解的初步情况如下：事发当晚，龙桥二区居民赵某某和其女儿伊某某带着两个孩子出来玩，因为担心孩子乱跑引发安全事故，伊某某对孩子有打骂行为，恰好被正在附近的李慧芳看到，李慧芳劝阻伊某某打骂孩子，在此的过程中李慧芳与伊某某和赵某某产生口角和肢体碰撞，从而引发群众围观。随后赵某某和伊某某带着孩子离开。李慧芳被误认为是“抢夺孩子的人贩子”而被围殴致伤。此外，混乱过程中，现场还有一名当地居民被误认为“人贩子”同伙被围殴致伤。
