聂树斌案律师：再审开庭应为期不远|聂树斌案_新闻资讯

　　新京报讯 （记者王巍）昨日上午，提前一天从河北赶到济南的聂树斌案律师李树亭和聂树斌的母亲张焕枝，“意外地”在山东高院见到了最高法院审监庭的法官，并且拿到了他们期盼已久的结果——最高法决定对聂树斌案依法再审并且要直接提审。这一刻，距1995年4月27日聂树斌被执行死刑，已经过去了21年。

　　李树亭表示，在接到再审决定之前，法院并没有向他们透露丝毫的风声，对于再审开庭时间，他表示等待的时间不会太长。

　　事先不知再审决定

　　“我们也是今天上午10点拿到再审决定，才知道这个结果！”李树亭昨日告诉新京报记者，此次再审决定做出前，所有人都不知道这个案子的走向将会是什么。

　　李树亭说，他是在6月6日下午五点左右接到山东高院电话，法官在电话里表示，请李树亭以及聂树斌的母亲张焕枝于6月8日到山东高院，就聂树斌案有关问题进行沟通。同时法院要求，仅就律师和家属前往即可。

　　李树亭与张焕枝于6月7日下午赶到山东，由于当地堵车，他们到达法院时已经傍晚六点半左右了，法院安排他们住宿，并表示请他们在8日上午到法院进行沟通。

　　昨天上午9点左右，李树亭与张焕枝一起来到山东高院找到刑庭朱庭长沟通情况，朱庭长将案件的复查情况进行总结后，对李树亭与张焕枝说“下面由最高法的法官来向你们宣读对于这个案子的决定”。

　　随后，最高法审监庭的一名副庭长向李树亭与张焕枝宣读了最高法的再审决定，现场张焕枝代替家人签收了该决定书，同时由于再审决定中涉及不少法律的专业术语，最高法的法官逐字逐句地给张焕枝进行了解释。

　　聂母“老泪纵横”

　　李树亭介绍，听到再审决定后，张焕枝一度在现场“老泪纵横”，宣读再审决定结束后，李树亭陪同张焕枝离开法院返回石家庄。对于聂树斌案的再审开庭时间，李树亭表示很难准确预测，但是他认为等待的时间不会太长。

　　李树亭表示，山东高院对聂树斌案件的复查程序，严格按照法律程序保障了代理人的各项权益。该法院为期1年半的复查工作扎实并且公正，也为给聂树斌案再审开庭奠定了基础。

　　昨天下午，在接受新京报记者电话采访时，张焕枝正在回石家庄的车上。“我相信法律会还我儿子一个清白！”在电话那头，张焕枝高声回答着记者的问题，虽然对于有些专业问题她并不是太理解，但仍然尽力表达自己的心情。

　　新京报：知道案件再审的消息什么心情？

　　张焕枝：心里高兴，感谢大家，包括你们这些帮助过我的人，上午太忙了都顾不上接电话。

　　新京报：之前想到会是这个结果了吗？

　　张焕枝：想到了，这个结果跟我想的一样。

　　新京报：可是律师说今天公布前大家都不知道会是这样的结果？

　　张焕枝：我一直知道这个案子有问题，里面有许多疑点。
