深圳五名“土豪”半年内打麻将输了1.2亿多元，他们怀疑是同场牌友张永明作弊，结果真的发现房间天花板上装有摄像头……其后，张永明一审被认定犯诈骗罪判处无期徒刑，其余三名参与安装摄像设备及操作作弊者也被以诈骗罪判刑。不过，张永明不服上诉，认为仅有其司机陈炳辉（在逃）的一面之辞作为证据，近日广东高院二审开庭审理了该案。
高科技“出千”：针孔摄像头+电脑分析
经一审法院查明，2013年7月，被害人许某忠租用了深圳市香蜜湖高尔夫练习中心21x7房。后被害人许某忠、黄某生、周某豪、陈某发等人和被告人张永明及犯罪嫌疑人周伟添(张永明司机，另案处理)多次在该房打麻将。
2013年年底，张永明让其司机陈炳辉(在逃)去找打麻将会作弊的人，陈炳辉便找到被告人林徐庆等人，到广州采购了麻将作弊设备后，陈炳辉和林徐庆带人到21x7房，将针孔摄像头等作弊设备安装在天花板上，又将4个麻将感应器装在麻将机里。然后陈等人又到另一出租房中，将接收信号设备安装调试好。
在张永明、周伟添同许某忠、黄某生等人打麻将时，由陈炳辉、林徐庆等人在该出租房先通过接收设备收到张永明、周伟添等人麻将台上麻将的摆放情况，通过电脑分析出每人手上的牌，再通过通讯设备告知打麻将的张永明或周伟添应出什么牌。
最多一人输了4200万事主设计捉老千
2014年5月14日，黄某生、许某忠、周某豪等人因经常大量输钱而怀疑张永明“出千”，经对21x7房检查，发现天花板上装了摄像头，遂将摄像头拍摄角度弄偏。
陈炳辉、林徐庆等人发现摄像头无法正常拍摄后，于5月18日凌晨3时左右，由陈炳辉带着梁志强、梁广理去21x7房修理设备，修理过程中，陈炳辉等人被守候在此的黄某生等人抓获。
一审查明，自2013年底至2014年5月14日，张永明、周伟添等人通过打麻将作弊的方式赢了黄某生4200万元人民币、周某豪500万元人民币、郭某伟1000万元人民币、许某忠3310万元人民币、郭某裕3500万元人民币。
深圳中院一审以诈骗罪判处主犯张永明无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产，以诈骗罪对林徐庆、梁志强、梁广理分别判刑7年、3年、3年6个月，并处罚金。
