　　人死不能复生，虽然没有人能看到聂树斌42岁的沧桑，可我们依然期待，能从他身上看到法治的模样。

　　“青纱帐”里的呼喊声

　　21年来，一场梦境时常现于张焕枝的脑海。

　　石家庄西郊，已届不惑之年的聂树斌要赶在上班之前，送正读初中的孩子去上学，走过孔寨村西边的那片田地，打一个幸福的哈欠，仿佛这片地跟自己没有半点关系。

　　可这样的场景只会浮现在张焕枝的梦里，一旦醒来，又是一夜的辗转难眠，梦境和现实的反差只能化作枕边的清泪。

　　父母都希望孩子永远年轻，张焕枝却多么希望能看一眼儿子老去的模样。

　　前一段时间，齐鲁晚报记者再赴石家庄市桥西区留营乡的案发现场。20多年了，人非物亦非。几年前，这里开挖了一条南水北调的输水渠，大量开挖和堆土，让这片曾经平坦的庄稼地变得高低不平。

　　可在1994年8月11日，这片玉米地郁郁葱葱，宛如一袭“青纱帐”。其中，一场“地毯式搜索”紧张铺开，一阵阵呼喊声在玉米地里回荡。他们喊的人叫康某某，是石家庄市液压件厂技术科的女描图员，这位时年36岁的女工已经失踪好几天了。

　　就在前一天，康某某的父亲和女儿的工友一起，在玉米地发现了一团衣服：一条蓝底蓝绿圈图案的连衣裙，里面还裹着一条粉色内裤。

　　“这是不是玲玲的衣服？”康父顿感不妙，女儿的工友见状赶紧回厂里报告。11日，100多名液压件厂职工共同寻找失踪的康某某，东倒西歪的玉米穗儿下是工友们焦急的脚步。很快，玉米地里传来一阵喊声：找到了！

　　然而，听到叫喊时，人们已经隐约知道，这是个坏消息。果不其然，当时正值盛夏，天气炎热，又连下三天大雨，他们找到的是一具高度腐烂的尸体，这正是几天前失踪的康某某。

　　此时，石家庄鹿泉市下聂庄的张焕枝正在幸福地忙碌着，时年51岁的她儿女双全，儿子刚从技校毕业，进入校办工厂当焊工，一家人其乐融融。她怎会想到，远在20里外的一起奸杀案，竟会跟爱子扯上关系。

　　张焕枝在家中向齐鲁晚报记者忆起20多年前的那一天时，眼圈红得让人一阵心酸，她却已掉不下眼泪。

　　1994年9月24日，三名民警的到访打破了这个家的平静生活。

　　“你儿子是不是叫聂树斌？”

　　“是。”

　　“他昨晚回来没？”

　　“没有。”

　　“不用等了，他昨天已经被抓了。”

　　听到这里，张焕枝一愣，赶紧问是怎么回事，可民警只是说有个案子，他有作案嫌疑，如果不是他，很快就能放回来。张焕枝回忆，她自认为了解儿子，顶多也就是一时冲动跟人打架被拘留了。

　　不久后，聂树斌的父亲聂学生在工作单位石家庄联碱厂见到一张逮捕证，一家人彻底慌了神，逮捕证上清楚地写着聂树斌“强奸杀人”。

　　“我自己生的，又养了那么多年，我知道我儿子绝不是那样的人！”张焕枝讲到这里时突然提高了嗓音，猛咳了两下，赶紧拿出药瓶喝了两口。如今，张焕枝的桌子上，永远会摆着关于聂树斌案的各种报道，以及每天服用的药品。

　　张焕枝随后用一个例子佐证所言，在聂树斌被抓前半年，家里有只老母鸡腿瘸了，她便让聂树斌杀掉煮着吃了，可是他拎起来好几次又放下了，“妈，我不敢杀。”最终，因为母子两人都不敢杀，只得将老母鸡以两元钱的价格卖给了街头贩鸡的。

　　“杀人？他根本就没那个胆量。”张焕枝说，儿子口吃很严重，生性有些懦弱，说他强奸杀人，“我不相信！”

　　最后的相见满脸是泪

　　在张焕枝的梦里，聂树斌总是嚎啕大哭，这也是他见儿子最后一面时的样子。

　　“我到现在都后悔，没能在案发后亲口问一下他，强奸杀人的混账事儿，到底是不是他干的！”实际上，从聂树斌被抓后，张焕枝不知跑过多少路，却只见到儿子一面，那一次母子两人甚至还没说句话。

　　1995年3月，终于等到聂树斌案一审开庭，张焕枝起了个大早，赶到位于靶场街的石家庄中院，可令她万分失望的是，法院告知，案件涉及受害人隐私，被告方家属不得旁听。但她不死心，一个人等在街对面。过不多久，来了两辆警车，其中一辆车上下来一个犯人，张焕枝一看，是聂树斌，积压在心中半年之久的相思之苦和投诉无门终于在这一刻爆发，尽管法官一直朝她打停步的手势，可张焕枝顾不了那么多，几个箭步就跑到法院的楼前，可还没来得及喊几声，让树斌回头看一眼，她已经被挡在了楼门口外。

　　“虽然没走到近前，可养了20年的孩子，有什么不一样，当妈的一眼就能看出。”张焕枝清楚地记得，当时树斌的两个肩不一样平了，左肩往下耷拉了。

　　张焕枝又回到街对面焦急地等着，一个多小时后，法官走出庭外，她赶紧跑上前去，恳求能不能见儿子一面，法官说，去吧，在楼上呢。张焕枝立即跑上楼，只见聂树斌坐在最前排，背对着法庭门，嚎啕大哭。张焕枝刚要走上前就被法警拦住、往外推，她哭着大喊一声：“树斌！”儿子回过头看了一眼，仰着头，满脸是泪。

　　这一幕成为张焕枝余生都无法摆脱的梦魇，她哪会想到，这竟成为母子最后一次相见。

　　聂父吞下一瓶安眠药

　　1995年4月28日，张焕枝精挑了几件单薄的衣服，嘱咐聂学生给儿子送过去。聂学生蹬着自行车来到看守所，一看聂学生来了，看守所的工作人员诧异地问：你怎么又来了？

　　聂学生回答，天热了，给孩子送几件单衣。听到这话，工作人员放下手中的活，转身离开。十几分钟之后，一个人冲着聂学生一个劲地招手：来来来，过来过来，我给你说说。

　　聂学生走过去，随后听到的消息像一个晴天霹雳，瞬间击倒了这位肩膀依然厚实的退伍军人。对方说，你儿子走了。

　　聂学生脑子“嗡”的一下，他这才知道，儿子已经被枪毙了。回到家后，聂学生一头倒在炕上，说不出话，他甚至不知道自己是怎么骑回来的。

　　他们的痛苦不只是失去了儿子，还在于竟全然不知，甚至没能给儿子收尸。实际上，在张焕枝看来，他们一家人一直被蒙在鼓里，一审判决书没有送达，而二审只做了书面审理，并没有通知他们，更没有送达。

　　“我儿子怎么会杀人？”聂学生终究还是想不开。张焕枝记得，那是1996年秋天，她从地里干活回来，聂学生躺在床上“睡觉”，推了几下，怎么也推不醒，她意识到不妙，炕边有个安眠药瓶子，拿起来一晃，空了。来不及多想，赶紧把人送到医院。

　　命虽保住了，人却成了偏瘫。他吞下了整瓶安眠药，还没来得及把瓶子扔进火坑，就倒在了床上。

　　少了个搀扶的人

　　下聂庄有棵几百年的老槐树，村里有什么事，村民们都在此商议。但从1995年开始，这里越来越少见到聂家人的身影。

　　直到10年后，一件事的发生，老槐树下又能看到张焕枝的身影了，这时她不再低头负怨。

　　2005年的一天，张焕枝家突然来了三名记者。刚开始张焕枝很排斥，可记者接下来讲的事情让张焕枝差点哭出来，“他们说，河南那边抓住一个人，叫王书金，交代了一起案子，就是聂树斌那起，说是他干的。”

　　报道引起关注后，张焕枝也走上了申诉的道路，但并无实质性进展。2014年12月12日，最高人民法院指令山东省高级人民法院进行复查。

　　2016年6月8日，张焕枝拿到再审决定书，当场老泪纵横，说“终于看到司法的阳光照过来了”。

　　张焕枝今年72岁了，这位坚强的母亲还在奔波。50岁之前，她还是个只有小学文化的半文盲，而走过这么多年的上访申诉之路，通过不断学习，她俨然成了能引述不少法律条文的“准专家”。可这对一位年过七旬的老人来说，却是莫大的悲哀。

　　聂树斌没能看到下聂庄20多年来的变化，这个曾经的小村庄已经摇身变为示范村，宽阔的水泥路，整齐划一的民宅，唯一不变的是村里的那棵老槐树。

　　每当朝阳升起时，老槐树下会有一个拄着拐杖的老人蹒跚而过，他一声不吭，只听见鞋底的沙沙声和拐杖慢吞吞戳在地上的回响。老人叫聂学生，他身边少了个搀扶的人。
