中国传统节日镶嵌在中华文化历程的纹路里，凝聚着民族的情感和理念。作为传统节日，端午节寄托了人们对屈原的哀思，又寄托了驱病辟邪的美好愿望。悬艾叶、吃粽子、赛龙舟，正是在这些充满温情的细节中，人们才得以与自然相亲、与他人相近，那些体现民族优雅、雍容的传统美德得以传承。在传统节日文化被商业化、娱乐化挟裹的时代，我们不妨多思考，为了保护文化该做些什么？
“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”，面对传统节日被亵渎，被庸俗化，要扭转当前我国传统节日式微的状况，既不能因循守旧，也不能舍本逐末，如何结合时代特点传承传统文化精髓，引人深思。我们应在文化内涵的基础上，结合时代特点，通过一些新鲜形式，把传统文化过得有品质，满足民众在过节时对于物质文化及精神文化的需求。
