Suspected new fragments appeared in Madagascar-MAS MH370,MH370-IT MH370 information

吉布森表示，他已将相关影像寄给澳大利亚运输安全局调查人员以及马来西亚当局。他同时表示，已准备好将新发现的碎片移交给马达加斯加当局。

另一方面，澳大利亚运输安全局发言人于当地时间9日表示，正在对几块新残骸的影像进行检查。这些残骸一块被冲上澳大利亚南岸外的坎加鲁岛(Kangaroo Island)，另外两块据报是在马达加斯加发现的。

马航370客机在2014年3月8日从吉隆坡飞往中国北京的途中失联。2015年1月29日，马来西亚民航局宣布该航班客机失事，并推定机上239名乘客和机组人员全部遇难。
