美国旧金山时间6月9日下午,联想在Tech World大会上一口气发布了两款手机新品。大会结束后,联想集团CEO杨元庆接受了多家媒体采访。杨元庆在谈到联想与Moto的并购经验时表示,双方整合的速度应该更快一些,运营商市场的成功曾让联想故步自封,现在联想最重要的任务是在中国市场打赢翻身仗。

面对联想手机近期遭受的议论,杨元庆坦承运营商市场的辉煌战绩反而让联想变得故步自封,为了满足强势渠道运营商的需求,联想生产了很多低端手机,虽然当时取得了不错的利润,但却忽视了公开市场份额的提升。

杨元庆表示,联想希望把手机产品线从低端转向高端,由运营商主导转变为开放市场主导,目前“ZUK和MOTO已经让联想在中国有了完整的产品线”。

在转型的过程中,运营是联想的核心竞争力。“现在很多厂商问题出在运营上,市场有需求的时候供货不及时,供货足够的时候用户需求也不大了”,对于联想今天发布的两款新手机杨元庆信心很足,称不会出现供应链问题。

2015财年中,联想手机在中国市场的表现与海外市场形成了鲜明对比。杨元庆表示联想在印度等众多发展中国家销量都排进了前三,但是在中国市场的销量却出现了同比下滑,所以对于现在的联想来说,“很重要的问题是在中国打好这场翻身仗”

谈到国际化的问题时,杨元庆表示自己做CEO后成功的是,把联想从一家国内企业转变成了国际化的企业。但“回头去看Moto的整合,应该更快更及时一些,就会避免很多弯路”。

对于PC业务的重要性,杨元庆表示,设备永远是联想的核心竞争力,而PC业务还是联想的核心业务,个人电脑市场的份额和潜力也很大,在保证联想市场第一地位的前提下,公司将继续扩大市场份额,“很多还在PC行业的公司会退出,联想会把它们的份额也拿过来”。
