十八大以来，中央对落马官员接任者的选配向来审慎，尤其是关系到地方治理或行业发展全局的“一把手”岗位，更是慎之又慎。比如宁波原市长卢子跃落马2个月后，市政协主席唐一军转任代市长；中国电信董事长常小兵落马4个月后，代行董事长职权的杨杰转正；补位间隔时间比较长的是四川省政协主席岗位，原主席李崇禧落马一年后，新主席才选出。
