我的故事

复读一年，从专科到“211”高校

2006年，我从六安市某镇一所三流高中毕业，这所学校教学极其一般，我自己也不够努力，理所当然高考成绩一塌糊涂，记得总分是450多分，而当年的本三录取线为493分，也就是说，只能上专科，而且未必能填好的专业。当时摆在我面前有两条路，一条是不再读书，进入社会谋一份工作，然后结婚生子，另一条就是复读，去口碑很好的毛坦厂中学。

尽管我很是犹豫，但是父亲力排众议，执意要送我去，最终在当年7月去了毛坦厂中学。一年的辛苦学习，内容远远多于过去三年，当然成绩也在逐步提高，根据自己的判断，考上本二学校没有问题，最多是本一靠后的大学。

2007年6月，我第二次高考，结果非常理想，甚至超出了预料——总分582分，比当年本一分数线多了30多分，上较好的本一大学没有问题。我填报了江苏的多所高校，包括南京的一所“985”高校和一所“211”高校，最终成功被这所“211”高校录取。

我眼中的“高考工厂”

学校对复读生并不是来者不拒，据我观察，学校有自己的一套标准，当年我入学时，因为第一年高考是450多分，学费之外，只交了几百元的象征性费用(以本二分数线为标准，少一分五元)，如果没有达到学校要求的复读最低分数线，则需要交上万元的入学费，实际上就是设置一个门槛，让分数低的学生知难而退，放弃复读，最终学校希望挑选的是成绩中等那部分学生。

高效的训练背后是对高考试题的研究，我发现，无论哪科老师对高考试题都非常熟悉，应该是教研组共同学习的结果。值得一提的是，学校虽然在训练的量上比其他学校多，但除了特别优秀的学生，从来不建议学生做难题，而是紧紧围绕高考的基础知识反复训练，一位老师曾表示，“高考就是基础性的考试，题目要让大部分人都会做，所以应该有的放矢。”

每周只休半天的军事化管理

和高效训练相匹配的是军事化管理，这一点主要体现在时间管理和纪律管理上。2007年我在学校时，一般早晨6:00就要开始早自习，课间、午间和晚间正常休息，但是多数学生孩子选择学习，有的人连饭也是请别人代买，晚自习一直上到10:50，有的学生还要多学一会儿，一直到教室熄灯，回到校外租住的房间后，更勤奋的学生还要再学习一段时间。

不仅每天的时间有严格的管理，每周、每月的时间一样如此。当年我在学校时，每周只休息周日下午半天，多数学生用来洗衣、购物和睡觉，最初是每月月考，到后来，每周周六周考，至于节假日，学校也最多放一两天假。总之，要挤出尽量多的时间来学习。

复读生在缩减，学校不仅发现了，而且已经着手规划未来。据我了解，最近几年，毛坦厂中学正在做的便是复制自己的办学模式，大概有两个途径，一是向初中和小学延伸，比如另一个县的一所从小学到高中的民办学校就被它成功收购，派遣管理层进驻；二是办分校，像我所在的那所三流高中已经挂上了毛坦厂中学分校的牌子，近年高考成绩越来越好。

这样的一种复制，有人叫好，认为是让更多的学生享受到优质的教育资源，也有人担心，可能会造成了区域内学校的同质化，但在应试的大背景下，这大概还是一个伪命题，谁也无法研究出一个令人信服的结论来。
