小戴今年20多岁，是个可爱的姑娘。所谓爱美之心人皆有之，小戴对自己的身材总是想“精益求精”。最近，她在朋友的介绍下，认识了“美容医生”彭某，在其建议下，打了两剂含有“肉毒素”的“瘦腿针”。
小戴说，彭某在瑞安跟别人合伙开了一家综合门诊部，在当地从事了多年的美容业务，因为这些，她才相信彭某是专业的。
她说，“瘦腿针”是在小腿上注射的，起初没有不良反映，注射完后，三天后意外发生了。
“我开始头晕眼花四肢无力，连路都走不动了。呼吸都出现了困难，后来甚至完全不能进食了。”小戴说，她就被送到了瑞安市人民医院抢救，所幸脱离了危险。

【门诊部】涉事“医生”早已经退股

事后，她找过彭某，但对方给了她六万五千元后，就再没来过医院，也不接她的电话。就这样，小戴从4月29日开始住院到现在，也没人给她一个说法。近日，因为找不到彭某，无钱医治的小戴只好先出院回家治疗。
