才不呢！中国化工董事长任建新说，此次并购，不只是拿来技术和品牌那么简单。看中的是德国工业的生态系统，以及“它身上流淌的是德国精密制造的血液和先进制造的基因。”也就是说，这次并购，是把中国化工旗下的装备板块企业按照克劳斯玛菲的理念、流程、标准进行再造，进行结构性的改革。
在成本高企、产能过剩、传统优势逐步消失的当下，我国制造企业面临的问题，并非引进一项先进技术就可以解决。而是需要用先进的理念和运营模式，进行彻头彻尾的改造，提高效率，激活潜力。
随着低端制造纷纷向周边国家转移，中国制造业升级压力日渐加大，制造业的生产机器也面临供给侧结构性改革。
授人以鱼不如授人以渔。随着经济结构的深度调整，越来越多的企业认识到了这点。企业走出去，早已不是单纯的“买买买”。从新技术切入，用先进理念和管理模式倒逼结构改革，激活市场，成为很多企业海外并购新思路。
以中国化工为例，其旗下的化工装备制造板块目前主要是生产橡胶机械、化工装备、零部件等，但分散在多家企业中，组织松散，各企业产品在市场上单打独斗，技术含量、服务质量都和国际一流塑胶设备制造企业有差距。
本次收购的一个重点，就是继续保留克劳斯玛菲的运营模式，倒逼国内企业转型：不再是能生产哪些产品，而是客户需要生产哪类产品和服务组合，并通过配套供应和技术转移，更加专注于产品的精细化生产，提高质量和服务水平。此外，中国化工的橡胶机械板块，还将通过克劳斯玛菲的网络和渠道，在国际市场占有一席之地。
对于克劳斯玛菲来说，也借助中国化工获得进入大中华区市场的渠道，在亚洲这个全球制造基地获得市场份额飞跃。
也许，不久的将来，德国汽车轮胎将产自中国设备之“手”。
