中新社北京6月12日电 (记者 马海燕)德国总理安格拉·默克尔12日在中国科学院大学发表演讲时表示，每次来华都能感受到中国的蓬勃发展，中国的发展道路在世界上独一无二，德国很愿意做中国的合作伙伴。

　　访华期间，默克尔将与中国国务院总理李克强共同主持第四轮中德政府磋商。默克尔表示，政府磋商机制有一个很大好处，就是定期见面讨论，有一定压力去落实好各个项目，对于相互学习、保持开放态度很有好处。

　　九次访华的默克尔说，德中关系的活力来自于各层面、各领域的交流。每次来华都为中国的蓬勃发展感到惊叹，也看到中国人的生活状况越来越好，中国的发展道路是世界上独一无二的。向市场力量开放，向他国学习，自我更新，使约5亿人口摆脱极度贫困，这是特别伟大的成就。

　　“培养对世界开放的态度、跨越国界学习，越早越好。”默克尔说，2016年是中德青少年交流年，双方开辟很多相互学习的活动，不仅资助开办学习伙伴国语言课程的学校，还支持相互访问，支持学生到老百姓家里住一段时间等。

　　默克尔说，她9月还将再次访华，到杭州参加20国集团峰会，德国很愿意跟中国携手合作。“德国是明年20国集团峰会的轮值主席国，我们很愿意继承中国的部分议程理念，实现密切协作。”

　　默克尔当天还被授予南京大学名誉博士学位。2007年她曾在二次访华时参观南京大学中德法学研究所。她说，名誉博士称号有两层含意，既代表着存在密切友好关系，也代表进一步加深关系的愿望。
