经公安机关初步调查，一男子从随身携带的背包内拿出用啤酒瓶自制的爆炸物丢至值机柜台前，啤酒瓶发生爆燃后，该男子从背包中取出匕首，划割自己颈部后倒地，目前伤情危重，正在抢救中。现场另有4名旅客（其中一名为菲律宾籍）被爆燃的玻璃瓶碎片轻微划伤，目前均已送医治疗。案件正在进一步侦查中。
事发后，除该区域办理值机的三个相关航班受影响外，目前机场运行正常。

最新消息：浦东机场燃爆案3名伤者身份曝光 年龄均超50岁
记者从上海市浦东新区人民医院了解到，目前医院共收治4名浦东机场燃爆事件伤者。
其中一位男性重伤者为14点59分送到医院，伤势为双侧颈浅静脉横断，气管于环状软骨上方2/3离断，左侧颈内静脉损伤。病人目前休克中。其伤情初步判断为自伤。
其他三名伤者中，一名53岁男性为菲律宾籍，另外一名67岁男性、一名64岁女性为中国籍。伤者分别为头部、手部、腿部、臀部等外伤，均在医院留观。
伤者的伤情原因正在进一步调查中。（记者仇逸）
