　　[环球网军事-航空6月13日报道] 军工央企集团迎来新成员。中国航空发动机集团有限公司（下称中国航发）在5月的最后一天悄然成立，正式成为国内第十二家军工集团。

　　十一大军工集团为中国核工业集团公司、中国核工业建设集团公司、中国航天科技集团公司、中 国航天科工集团公司、中国航空工业集团公司（下称中航工业）、中国船舶工业集团公司、中国船舶重工集团公司、中国兵器工业集团公司、中国兵器装备集团公 司、中国电子科技集团公司和中国电子信息产业集团有限公司。

　　工商登记信息显示，中国航发注册地址为北京市海淀区蓝靛厂南路5号，注册资本500亿元；同期，中国航空工业集团公司（下称中航工业）注册资本为640亿元。

　　北京市海淀区政府网站消息显示，中国航发是国务院批复设立的国有控股商业类军工集团公司，下属企业包括中航工业所属从事航空发动机及相关业务的46家企事业单位（在京单位九家）。

　　中国航发经营范围包括，军民用飞行器动力装置、第二动力装置、燃气轮机、航空发动机技术衍生等产品的设计、研制、生产、销售；飞机、发动机、直升机及其他国防科技工业和民用领域先进材料的研制等。

　　航空发动机的研发过程涉及众多技术领域，需要多门类的专业支撑，被誉为工业之花——“工业皇冠上的明珠”，由于技术门槛高、风险大、投入多、周期长，世界上只有美国、英国、俄罗斯、法国等少数几个国家有能力专属研发生产产品。组建中国航发，是为了响应国务院实施“航空发动机及燃气轮机”重大专项所做出的战略部署。
