　　有记者问，根据日前结束的第八轮中国和美国战略与经济对话公布的成果清单，双方将于6月14日在北京举行第二次中国和美国打击网络犯罪及相关事项高级别对话会。你能否介绍有关情况？美国国务卿克里日前表示，这是他参加过的历届战略与经济对话中最富有成效的一届。请问中方对此有何回应？

　　陆慷表示，在最近结束的第八轮中国和美国战略与经济对话和第七轮中国和美国人文交流高层磋商中，双方共达成了300多项具体成果。其中一项成果就是，双方决定在去年12月中国和美国首次打击网络犯罪及相关事项高级别联合对话会基础上继续实施打击网络犯罪及相关事项的指导原则，合作打击包括黑客在内的恶意网络行为。

　　谈及克里国务卿对本轮对话的评价，陆慷说，中方赞赏美方对此轮对话的评价。中国和美国就全球热点问题和双边关系重大事项保持密切沟通，不断达成共识、又不断落实共识，这个过程本身就是两国携手推进中国和美国关系的体现。这符合两国和两国人民的共同利益，也是国际社会的共同期盼。
