　　晨报讯 昨日，上海市消费者权益保护委员会主题乐园办公室正式成立，专业办将整合上海迪士尼、上海欢乐谷、锦江乐园、上海海洋水族馆、上海野生动物园和上海热带风暴水上乐园等7家本市主题乐园企业成为首批网络企业，并邀请公安、食药监、卫生、特种设备及法律等方面的专家作为主题乐园办公室的专业顾问。主题乐园专业办成立后还将在迪士尼的服务区设立两个联络点直接受理消费者投诉。

　　今年五月，上海市消保委发布的《上海迪士尼境内游客相关消费需求与趋势调查报告》 即显示，消费者对游玩上海迪士尼乐园表现出了很高的热情，有39.5%的上海消费者表示肯定会去，而外省市则达到了63%。除上海迪士尼乐园，70%以上的外省市消费者还表示会游览上海的其他景点。迪士尼开园所带来的显著溢出效应，将拉动上海整体经济发展，同时也必将带来更多消费新热点和新情况。为此，市消保委主动对接迪士尼、服务迪士尼，通过筹备成立主题乐园办公室，进一步整合社会专业性、技术性维权资源，合力妥善解决疑难消费争议。
