日前有视频曝光三亚亚龙湾存在“供游客、市民享用的公共沙滩遭遇被‘瘦身’的尴尬，并存在一些不合理的经营收费乱象。”报道指出，三亚亚龙湾国家旅游度假区“海底世界”一带部分酒店设置的躺椅占据了所处公共海滩近一半面积，靠近海水的沙滩一侧则被游船、摩托艇等娱乐设施占用；一些酒店还用绳索将躺椅围起来，遮阳伞的立柱上赫然写着“仅供酒店客人使用”的字样，大大挤压了游客、市民的沙滩使用空间。
针对这一乱象，三亚市出台措施重拳整改，目前三亚亚龙湾公共海滩已全面开放，太阳伞、沙滩椅等海滩设施对游客免费开放。近日，记者再次来到三亚亚龙湾走访发现，在三亚亚龙湾“海底世界”一带的海滩上，由三亚亚龙湾管委会设置的“免费使用太阳伞、沙滩椅”的提示牌格外醒目，游客在玩海后可免费使用设置在沙滩上的沙滩椅与太阳伞。
据悉，针对媒体的报道，三亚市日前出台8项措施治理公共海滩“瘦身”乱象：一是依法顶格处罚圈占公共海滩经营的涉事酒店和企业；二是收回已到期的公共海滩使用权不再续期；三是要求公共海滩各用海企业，在规定时间内自行拆除公共海滩上的设施，并恢复海滩原状；四是相关企业还未自行拆除公共海滩上设施的，由吉阳区政府强制拆除；五是在亚龙湾海滩上设置海滩设施免费开放标志牌及投诉电话；六是对保留一线用海的企业作出明确的用海规范；七是对三亚市公共用海情况进行全面摸底检查，并对公共浴场整体规划；八是拟收回用于建设公共浴场的海滩，尽快制定具体的管理方案，并对公共浴场进行安全评估。 综合新华社
