近日，在江苏省宿迁市的一家企业担任品管的李先生“被辞职”了。谈及被辞退原因，李先生比较郁闷，“就因为在朋友圈里发几句抱怨伙食的话，就让我离职。”12日下午，该公司相关负责人接受采访时表示，公司第三方已经介入调查，会还原真相。
前几天，一篇标题为“江苏秀强玻璃我看不懂你”的帖子在宿迁当地论坛热传，李先生在帖中介绍了自己因为在朋友圈发了几句工作上的“牢骚”，而“被辞职”的遭遇，引起关注。
李先生在贴中介绍，自己于2015年6月份来到江苏秀强玻璃股份有限公司担任品管一职，因之前在台企有相关工作经验被分配到了家电品管部，负责日系产品的检验工作。
对于工作中经常发生的一些容易影响到产品质量的问题，李先生多次反馈却没有得到公司重视，就在朋友圈里发了一些牢骚。李先生同时表示，牢骚归牢骚，自己从来没有说一句公司坏话。
6月7日下午，部门主管找到了李先生，称李先生的一些行为违反了企业文化，要把他退回人力资源部，并让其在处理决定上签字。李先生发现，自己在微信朋友圈的几条“抱怨”被截图打印，放在了处理决定上。

李先生回忆，当天下午，自己加班到16点左右才去食堂吃饭，“当天食堂的汤里一片菜叶子都见不到，就是自来水上飘着几点油星子，实在难以忍受，我就随手拍照发了朋友圈。”
李先生认为，或许正是此条微信朋友圈的信息，引起了公司相关领导的“重视”。
“我以为最多就是转个岗，没想人力资源部直接让我离职，说不要我这样的人。”李先生向记者证实了帖子确系自己所发，内容也都属实。“主管给我出示了朋友圈里的三条消息，一条说的是我家里事情，与公司无关；一条是数次反映问题得不到回馈时的郁闷之作；另外就是这条公司伙食的。”
李先生认为，在朋友圈里发了点牢骚，竟成了公司让自己离职的理由，实在可笑。“现在经济大环境不太好，不好找工作，公司一点缓冲时间都没给我留，生活压力很大。”
记者了解到，江苏秀强玻璃股份有限公司创建于2001年，是中国最大的加工玻璃制造商之一，企业职工超过1000人。作为一家大型的上市企业，秀强公司会不会因为员工在朋友圈发了点牢骚就让其离职呢？
