京东相关工作人员表示,于先生确实于6月6日就提交了换货申请,在6月8日又要求退货,但因为这款男鞋是奢侈品,且已经穿过,因此需要较长时间来审核,工作人员一直都是按照正常的流程进行,“并不是说消费者投诉了我们才处理”。该工作人员还称,鞋上裂纹是质量问题还是人为原因导致,还要等对鞋子进行检测后才能决定。

针对品牌授权一事,相关工作人员回应称,该款商品为京东自营,有合法合规的进货渠道,但该工作人员并未具体介绍是何进货渠道。
