　　市教委按照市委、市政府的总体部署，立刻会同各相关部门着手制定中小学塑胶操场和跑道的建设和监测标准。在新标准出台之前，各校所有在建或待建操场暂停施工。

　　市教委要求，各区要在辖区内对所有中小学、幼儿园塑胶操场、跑道和地面铺设物进行全面细致排查，对于确实存在问题隐患的，采取果断措施，包括停用、铲除操场、整体周转等，保障学生的身心健康，不得以任何理由迟疑和延缓，确保学生在健康的环境下正常开展学习生活。
