China human rights report: three years extended custody have been corrected and 1939

中国人权报告：三年内已纠正超期羁押1939人

　　新京报快讯(记者贾世煜)6月14日，中国国务院新闻办公室公布《国家人权行动计划(2012-2015年)实施评估报告》。报告指出，2012-2015年，共发现超期羁押1974人，提出纠正1967人，已纠正1939人。

　　报告称，对羁押的监督更加严格。公安机关对在押人员因病或因伤符合刑事诉讼法规定的可以取保候审或监视居住情形、不适宜继续羁押的，及时依法变更强制措施。2012-2015年，全国检察机关对不具有羁押必要性的案件共提出释放或变更强制措施建议83341人，办案机关采纳77591人，采纳率为93.1%。

　　报告还提到，2012-2015年，全国检察机关因被监管人受到体罚、虐待、违法使用械具、禁闭等向监管机关提出纠正意见7770人次，已得到全部纠正。2015年3月发布实施的《监狱罪犯死亡处理规定》对监狱罪犯死亡的报告、调查处理、检察、责任追究作出了具体规定。
