Additional proscribed the list of dual-use items and technology
This list in accordance with United Nations Security Council resolution No. 2270, pursuant to United Nations Security Council S/2016/308 document.
Of the items, materials, equipment, goods and technology:
A. Items that can be used for nuclear or missile
1. ring magnets: permanent magnetic materials with the following two properties:
(A) the ratio of outer diameter and inner diameter ring magnet is less than or equal to 1.6:1;
(B) use the following manufacture of magnetic materials: aluminum-nickel-cobalt, ferrite, samarium-cobalt or neodymium-iron-boron.
2. has the following two properties of maraging steels:
(A) the 293K (20), ultimate tensile strength can reach 1500 MPa or greater;
(B) a tube or cylindrical solid body, external diameter is equal to or greater than 75 mm.
3. shape and thin strip of magnetic alloy, has the following two properties:
(A) thickness of 0.05 mm or less; or height is equal to or less than 25 mm;
(B) use any of the following magnetic alloy materials: iron-chromium-cobalt, iron-cobalt-vanadium, iron-chromium-cobalt-chromium vanadium or iron.
4. having all of the following converter (also known as converters or inverters) and software specifically designed for this purpose:
(A) frequency output;
(B) 40W or higher power;
(C) at 600 Hz-2000 Hz range.

7. winding machines and related equipment, as follows:
(A) winding machines having all of the following:
(1) positioning, wrapping and winding movement in 2 or more axis adjustment and programming;
(2) specifically designed to manufacture fibers and fiber composite material structures or paving products
(3) "to" winding cylindrical tube of diameter equal to or greater than 75 mm;
(B) paragraphs (a), the winding machine adjusting and programming;
(C) paragraphs (a), referred to the winding machine with shaft.

为执行联合国安理会有关决议，根据《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》，禁止向朝鲜出口本公告所公布的与大规模杀伤性武器及其运载工具相关的两用物项和技术。本公告自公布之日起执行。

增列禁止向朝鲜出口的两用物项和技术清单
本清单根据联合国安理会第2270号决议，依据联合国安理会S/2016/308文件制定。
物项、材料、设备、货物和技术：
A.可用于核或导弹的物项
1.环磁铁：具有下列两个特性的永磁材料：
(a) 外径与内径之比小于或等于1.6:1的环形磁铁；
(b) 使用以下磁性材料制造：铝-镍-钴、铁氧体、钐-钴或钕-铁-硼。
2.具有下列两个特性的马氏体时效钢：
(a) 其在293K(20℃)下极限抗拉强度能达到1500兆帕或更大；
(b) 呈管状或柱形实心体，外部直径等于或大于75毫米。
3.呈板形和薄条形、具有以下两个特性的磁性合金材料：
(a) 厚度等于或小于0.05毫米；或高度等于或小于25毫米；
(b) 使用以下任何磁性合金材料制造：铁-铬-钴、铁-钴-钒、铁-铬-钴钒或铁-铬。
4.具有以下所有特性的变频器(也称为转换器或逆变器)，以及专门为此设计的软件：
(a) 多相频率输出；
(b) 能够提供40w或更高功率；
(c) 在600赫兹-2000赫兹范围内工作。
技术说明：
1.变频器又称转换器或逆变器。
2.被称为或在市场上销售的电子测试设备、交流电源、变速电机驱动装置或变频驱动装置可能会达到所列指标。
