　　中新网北京6月14日电 (吕春荣)“我们主要受到的是日本政府的迫害，如今，三菱道歉了，日本政府还没有道歉，我们将继续起诉日本政府，要求其赔礼道歉。”家住在河北唐山的阚翠花对记者说，她96岁高龄的父亲依旧要求日本政府向二战中国劳工谢罪。

　　今年6月1日，阚翠花代表其年事已高的父亲阚顺，与另外两位在二战期间被强掳到日本的中国幸存劳工在北京与三菱综合材料公司签署协议，接受三菱材料的谢罪并达成和解。根据协议，三菱材料向每位受害劳工或遗属支付10万元人民币，并承诺出资为受害者在日本修建纪念碑。

　　三菱赔礼谢罪后，阚翠花描述，年事已高的父亲激动落泪，经过二十多年的索赔抗争，如今终于有了结果。“他仍然坚持，日本政府需要向他们道歉，毕竟他当年是被日本政府强征过去的，他所受的伤害主要来自日本政府。”

　　阚翠花根据父亲的回忆向记者介绍，1944年，年轻的阚顺被日军强制抓到日本挖煤，受尽屈辱和折磨，在大雪天里，日本人逼迫着和她父亲一样的中国受害劳工光着脚，将1米厚的雪踩平，以便汽车通过，劳工们每天就用几个小饭团就着凉水充饥，有劳工试图逃走却被活活打死，有些劳工受不了苦，甚至想过自杀。

　　“因为被迫害，我父亲虽幸存但身体也留下了很多病根。年龄大了之后，每逢冬天，我父亲的脚就会皲裂，口子裂得又长又深，太受罪了。”阚翠花说。

　　据了解，二战期间，包括阚翠花的父亲阚顺在内，近4万名中国劳工被强掳到日本做体力活，期间，6000多名中国劳工死在日本，侥幸回国的也是疾病缠身。

　　自上世纪90年代起，中国劳工在日本法院陆续提起讼案，要求日本政府及企业向幸存者或家属道歉及赔款，但这些案件全部以败诉。

　　2014年3月，身为律师的中国民间对日索赔联合会副会长潘国平代理了包括阚顺在内的一些受害劳工的索赔案，并在河北唐山中级人民法院以日本政府及日本三菱等加害企业为被告，提起诉讼，要求日本政府和三菱等加害企业公开谢罪，并进行损害赔偿。当时，年迈的阚顺曾亲自到法院递交诉状。

　　潘国平向中新网记者表示，受害劳工起诉日本政府的用意在于希望日本政府正视历史问题，还受害劳工们公平正义。

　　“当前，我们仍要求日本政府能够向劳工赔礼道歉，并希望其能仿效德国设立相关赔偿基金，统一向受害的中国劳工进行赔偿。”潘国平说。

　　记者了解到，近日，中国民间对日索赔联合会已经致函日本驻华大使横井裕，要求日本政府对二战中国受害劳工谢罪赔偿。

　　中国民间对日索赔联合会会长童增表示，仅仅有日本加害企业谢罪是远远不够的，日本政府必须承认犯罪事实并谢罪赔偿，因为日本政府是强掳中国劳工的策划者和执行者，他们负有无可推卸的责任。
