　　备受关注的律师夏霖涉嫌诈骗一案，今天上午在北京市第二中级法院进行了庭前会议。夏霖辩护律师丁锡奎告诉《财经》记者，案件将于本月17日在北京市第二中级法院进行公开审理，他在庭前会议上认为检方提出的证据均为非法证据，申请排除所有证据，坚持为夏霖做无罪辩护。

　　丁锡奎6月8日接到法院通知，定于14日上午就夏霖案召开庭前会议。庭前会议从今天上午10点持续到11点半，一个多小时的时间里，双方主要围绕着证人出庭、调取证据以及排除非法证据等内容进行。

　　丁锡奎称，检方仍以诈骗罪起诉夏霖，此次庭前会议时间比较短，没有进行证据的交换和展开、以及确定庭审焦点的问题。

　　但丁锡奎也表示，他做好多种辩护意见的准备，最终会根据法院是否同意其排除检方的所有证据或者排除多少的情况，择机出具辩护意见。

　　2014年11月8日，北京市公安局朝阳分局劲松派出所民警将夏霖从位于朝阳区的家中带走，未留下司法文书。在羁押超过一年半的时间里，官方并没有公开发布过任何信息。

　　据夏霖妻子林茹称，夏霖被带走五天后收到的刑事拘留书显示，其涉嫌赌博和诈骗罪。

　　2014年12月15日，北京市检察院第二分院以涉嫌诈骗罪对夏霖批捕。批捕5个月后，2015年5月16日，北京市公安局将夏霖案移送检察院审查起诉，后被3次延长审查起诉期限至今。

　　林茹称，公安机关主动告知他们，夏霖涉嫌诈骗被捕，但在夏霖被带走前，并无任何人以此为由报案或起诉夏霖诈骗。

　　夏霖此前为北京华一律师事务所律师，曾代理邓玉娇涉嫌故意杀人案、成都谭案、北京小贩崔英杰杀死城管案等热点案件。
