阿里的三大战略、七大业务版块

作为全球最大的移动经济实体,阿里巴巴的业务已超越电商,囊括了从电商到大数据云计算、互联网金融、物流体系、数字娱乐以及国际扩张多方面。

阿里巴巴集团为自己定下服务全球1000万盈利企业和20亿消费者的长期战略目标,确定了全球化、农村、大数据云计算三大战略,并以此形成电商、金融、物流、云计算、全球化、物联网和消费者媒体七大核心业务板块。同时,还在影业、健康、体育、音乐、本地生活等方面进行了布局。

值得注意的是,阿里宣布从2017财年起,收入项目中的“移动媒体及娱乐”将从“其他”类别中分列出来,预示以UCWeb、阿里音乐、阿里体育、优酷土豆为核心的移动媒体及娱乐矩阵,已成为阿里巴巴继电商业务、云计算之后的新主营业务和核心收入来源。

赋能商家成为核心价值

在投资者日大会上,阿里巴巴集团首次对外发布财年收入指引。预计截至2017年3月底财年(2017年财年),公司收入总额按年将增长逾48%;若不计优酷及东南亚电商领先者Lazarda这两项新购资产,预期2017财年总收入按年增幅为逾36%,均超过2016财年33%的增幅。

阿里认为,阿里为商家提供的价值,已从此前的销售渠道,升级为多元化的商业基础服务,商家看重的不仅是阿里平台所带来的交易价值,更是市场营销价值和经营效率的提升。内容赋能向商家提供强大的无线运营工具,数据赋能为商家运营客户提供“水电煤”,全渠道赋能助推商家线上线下融合,阿里巴巴正在帮助商家重构运营成本,压缩渠道、销售、营销费用以及其他运营开支,显著提升运营效率和利润率。

在大会现场,马云对此表示:到2020年,阿里会实现6万亿人民币GMV,但“更重要的是,我们要创造一亿工作机会,帮助一千万盈利的企业”。马云进一步阐释说:“GMV从来不是我们的核心指标,商业的基础设施才是”。

以阿里升级带动所有行业升级

从2016财年始,阿里巴巴在生活文娱、本地生活服务、海外电商巨头等领域收购动作频频。对此,阿里巴巴集团董事局执行副主席蔡崇信在大会现场表示,“阿里所做的投资与并购均是按照战略部署实施,从来不是受财务原因驱使。”

而在演讲的结束阶段,始终强调变革、升级、演变这些词汇的张勇全场唯一一次提到“不变”,那就是“让天下没有难做的生意”,张勇说:“只要坚守我们的信念,就可以实现我们的初衷”。这也呼应了马云在大会开场所讲:“公司应该被愿景和使命驱动,很少有公司相信这一点,但在阿里巴巴,我们全身心的相信;问每一个员工,会发现他们发自内心的相信”。
