患者陈某，女，68岁，河北省廊坊市农民，因病情危重，由河北省当地医院转至北京医院进行治疗，经患者在北京就诊医院检测和北京市疾病预防控制中心复核，患者下呼吸道标本为H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。目前未发现患者有明确的禽类接触史或活禽市场暴露史。
