　　信息时报讯 （记者 何小敏 通讯员 杨婷） 因不满骑车送餐小伙拍打公交车门，司机一怒开车狂飙截停对方，下车后二话不说将对方一顿暴打。昨日上午，司机卢某清被控故意伤害罪在广州越秀区法院受审。

　　骑车男拍车门被司机暴打

　　卢 某清，广东惠东县人，初中文化。据指控，2016年3月7日12时20分许，刘某安骑自行车途经广州市越秀区东风东路锦城花园车站2号站时，卢某清正驾驶 261公交车往该站停靠，因261公交车与刘某安靠得较近，刘某安用手拍打了一下261公交车车门，后继续骑车前行。

　　卢某清见状，即驾 驶261公交车追赶，在梅东路与东风东路交界处的人行天桥下追上并迫停刘某安，之后下车对刘某安进行殴打，经乘客劝阻，停手一阵后又对刘某安拳打脚踢，致 刘某安右侧眼眶下壁骨折、右侧上全颌窦前外壁及后外壁骨折（经鉴定：其损伤程度为轻伤二级）。3月8日，卢某清被公安人员抓获。检察机关建议在有期徒刑6 个月至1年幅度内量刑。

　　司机称“坐上车脾气就很暴”

　　昨日庭审现场，卢某清对指控的事实不持异议。他 称，事发期间，因家里出了些事，心情不好。“我们开车的，坐上车脾气就很暴，下车就很好。”卢某清称，他很多年没打过架，当天确实比较冲动，没控制住，冲 下车就是一顿拳打脚踢。事后，他开着车回了总站，报告了发生的事，并报了警。据了解，卢某清因抱侥幸心理，曾在公安机关谎称双方是“互骂、互扯”。

　　据刘某安称，卢某清先后打了三次，整个过程持续了将近6分钟。

　　被告辩称对方挑衅在先

　　刘某安向记者表示，他当时之所以拍了一下公交车，是因为公交车在他的视线之外突然停靠过来，差点撞到他，他这才拍了下车门提醒一下，没想到对方如此疯狂。

　　卢某清则称，他当时看到刘某安的嘴形和表情，像是在骂他，但他没听清。下车后，他什么也没说就开打，对方没有还击。

　　目前，该案仍在进一步审理中。
