  中国食品安全宣传周启动,三部委发布最新抽检结果;汪洋称食品安全没有“零风险”,监管须“零容忍”


  新京报讯 6月14日,由国务院食品安全委员会办公室等17个部委主办的2016年全国食品安全宣传周主场活动暨第八届中国食品安全论坛在京举行。今年宣传周的主题为“尚德守法 共治共享食品安全”。国务院副总理、国务院食品安全委员会副主任汪洋出席并讲话。

  发布最新食品抽检检测信息


  农业部、国家质检总局、国家食药监总局现场发布了最新食品、农产品、进出口食品抽检检测信息。


  农 业部发布显示,今年1-5月,农业部开展了二次国家农产品质量安全例行监测(风险监测),共抽检全国31个省(区、市)、152个大中城市的蔬菜、水果、 茶叶、畜禽产品和水产品等5大类食用农产品、92个品种、22056个样品,检测指标94项,监测样品总体合格率为97.2%。


  农业部农产品质量安全监管局巡视员广德福表示,农业部将大力推进农兽药使用及残留、违禁物质“瘦肉精”等非法添加、畜禽屠宰等7项专项整治行动,推进国家农产品质量安全县创建。


  质检总局发布显示,1-5月,全国抽检检验检疫机构从37个国家或地区进口的乳制品、食用植物油、水产品、肉类、酒类等五大类重点产品,检出不合格产品共275批次、2.7万吨,占不合格进口食品总重量的93.1%。


  质检总局进出口食品安全局局长林伟表示,不合格进口食品,出入境检验检疫机构均按照有关规定做退运或销毁处理,未进入国内市场。2016年质检总局将按照国务院食安办总体部署,用“四个最严”着力打造进口食品放心工程。


  食品药品监管总局发布显示,2016年1-5月组织监督抽检并公布了5447批次样品信息,涉及不合格样品96批次。食品药品监管总局食品监管三司司长王红还公布了近半年内连续2批次以上样品抽检不合格的16家食品生产经营企业名单。

  从 监管执法方面,我们也采取相关手段,比如说打击互联网假冒伪劣,虚假宣传,这也是我们一直打击的重点。现在总局通过地方区域性的,东北、华北、华东、珠三 角区这些区域的执法协作、集团打假资质来查办相关互联网违法行为。通过和公安部门协同协作,对一些重点大要案的线索提请公安机关提前介入,在这方面也加大 打击力度。同时,曝光一些典型案例,一方面起到震慑违法分子的作用,另外,也是通过这方面的交流教育广大人民群众。

  论坛上,杭州娃哈哈集团董事长宗庆后表示,这些年来,在食品安全领域比较突出的一个问题就是网络谣言日益猖獗,已经成为社会的一大毒瘤。


  宗庆后表示,这些谣言的炮制者往往无中生有地捏造各种耸人听闻的谎言,比如污蔑我们的饮料里有肉毒杆菌,喝饮料会导致白血病,并在微博、微信等互联网平台上大量转发,甚至在一些地方还直接以书面传单方式传播,而且往往针对大中型食品企业。


  他说,我们希望有关主管部门、行业协会和专家学者能加强食品安全知识的宣传和普及,对谣言予以及时澄清和反驳,提高广大消费者鉴别真伪的能力。让我们这些有良心、守规矩的企业免受谣言伤害。让企业家和企业都能专心把自己的事情做好,而不是忙着辟谣。

  提高科学素养,少信“心灵鸡汤”


  数据显示,目前食品安全谣言已占到各类网络谣言传播的45%,位居第一。


  中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院教授罗云波表示,这说明我们正确的食品安全科学知识传播和普及还非常缺乏,公众辨识真假食品安全信 息的能力还很差,这方面的工作有待加强。大部分谣言是由于公众对现代食品工业、种植业和养殖业的了解不够造成的,此外还有食物相克、致癌和有毒等类型的谣 言。


  罗云波表示,目前很多政府、行业协会、社会第三方科学团体的网站内容都不错,如果有心,一定能够找到权威可靠的信息源,“大家要不偏听偏信,不要盲目,多提高一些科学素养,少信一点 心灵鸡汤 ”。


  此 外,对于一些“万金油专家”的现象,罗云波表示,科学家既要积极参与科学普及,同时也需要良好的职业操守和严谨的科学态度。一是切忌跨领域发表意见,食品 安全涉及的学科门类纷繁复杂,对于自己不熟悉的问题不宜发表意见。二是凡事需要先做好调查研究,对社会关注的热点问题,不要轻率做出结论。
