Guangdong's procuratorial Li Tinggui investigation

广东检察机关依法对李廷贵立案侦查
中新网6月15日电 据最高人民检察院消息，日前，经广东省人民检察院指定管辖，广州市人民检察院依法对广州市人大常委会城乡建设环境与资源保护工作委员会原主任李廷贵(副厅级)涉嫌滥用职权罪、受贿罪立案侦查，并采取强制措施。案件侦查工作正在进行中。

　　李廷贵简介：

　　李廷贵，男，1954年4月出生，汉族。河南南阳人，1972年12月参加工作，1974年12月加入中国共产党。大学工程硕士，在解放军防化指挥工程学院、华中科技大学机械学院接受过在职教育。2009年10月起，任广州市城市管理委员会主任，兼广州市城市管理综合执法局局长。

　　2012年12月，免去广州市城管委主任职务；改任广州市第十四届人民代表大会城乡建设环境与资源保护委员会副主任委员、广州市人大常委会城乡建设环境与资源保护工作委员会副主任。

　　2015年1月，广州市第十四届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十七次会议通过任命李廷贵同志为广州市人大常委会城乡建设环境与资源保护工作委员会主任。
