周永康之子周滨一审获刑18年 并处罚金3.502亿
6月15日，湖北省宜昌市中级人民法院对周滨案进行公开宣判。
法院认定，被告人周滨和其父周永康共同利用周永康职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，共计折合人民币9804.66万元，数额特别巨大，系周永康受贿共犯，其行为已构成受贿罪；周滨伙同他人，利用其父周永康职权、地位形成的便利条件，通过其他国家工作人员职务上的行为，为请托人谋取不正当利益，收受请托人财物，共计折合人民币1.24亿余元，数额特别巨大，其行为已构成利用影响力受贿罪；被告人周滨身为单位直接负责的主管人员，违反国家规定，未经许可经营国家限制买卖的物品，扰乱市场秩序，情节严重，其行为还构成非法经营罪。同时认定，周滨具有自首、坦白、积极退赃、认罪悔罪等法定或酌定从轻处罚情节，遂以其犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑十三年，并处罚金人民币1.9亿元；犯利用影响力受贿罪，判处有期徒刑八年，并处罚金人民币1.6亿元；犯非法经营罪，判处有期徒刑三年，并处罚金人民币20万元，决定执行有期徒刑十八年，并处罚金人民币3.502亿元；对其违法所得予以追缴，上缴国库。
宣判后，周滨当庭表示，接受法院判决，不上诉。
案件审理过程中，司法机关充分保障了周滨及其辩护人依法享有的各项诉讼权利。人大代表、政协委员及媒体记者等社会各界人士旁听了宣判。
贾晓晔因受贿被判处有期徒刑9年
据湖北省宜昌市中级人民法院官方微博6月8日披露，近日，宜昌市中级人民法院依法对贾晓晔受贿、利用影响力受贿案一审公开宣判，认定被告人贾晓晔犯受贿 罪、利用影响力受贿罪，判处有期徒刑九年，并处罚金人民币一百万元；对其受贿所得赃款赃物予以追缴，上缴国库。贾晓晔当庭表示服从法庭判决，不上诉。该判 决已发生法律效力。
