市邮政管理局：奇葩收件名维权难
据悉，去年底，国家邮政局审议通过了《快递安全生产操作规范》，并于今年6月1日起正式施行。随后，记者查阅该规范，发现里面明确提出寄包裹除必须出示本人身份证等有效证件外，快递单也须实名，且需先通过快递员检查验视。该规定虽指出寄件人必须“实名制”，但对于收件人并没有明确规定。
武汉市邮政管理局的相关负责人说，收件人“实名制”仍属于空白，但他提醒广大网友，网购时尽量用真实姓名。如果一旦出现了纠结，不用真实姓名，他们将无法取证，维权以及投诉也会非常困难。
