其中，被告人石淑荣于2013年5月进入该公司工作，曾任行政总监、全国行政总监，在此期间，中网互赢公司合同诈骗金额为8415.905万元；被告人申岩于2013年1月进入该公司工作，曾任财务部经理，在此期间，中网互赢公司合同诈骗金额为8442.905万元；其他大多数被告人直接参与合同诈骗的犯罪金额从几万元到几百万元不等。
一中院审理后认为，被告人石淑荣等62人身为单位其他直接责任人员，在签订、履行合同过程中，骗取对方当事人财物，其行为均构成合同诈骗罪。被告人石淑荣作为全国行政总监、申岩作为财务部经理，在共同犯罪中起主要作用，系主犯；其他各被告人在共同犯罪中起次要、辅助作用，均系从犯。鉴于各被告人能够如实供述主要犯罪事实，涉案赃款已全部追回，被害人损失能够得到弥补，故根据各被告人在犯罪中的地位和作用，分别判处石淑荣等51名被告人有期徒刑12年到2年不等的刑期，贺某等11人则被定罪免刑。
