IT资讯讯 6月15日消息，此前乐视收购酷派的消息传的纷纷扬扬，5月底酷派公司甚至出面否认被乐视收购。今天再次传来乐视全资收购宇龙通讯消息，称宇龙旗下品牌酷派和ivvi都将面临消失，新公司将由乐视高管刘江峰和许昕泉接管，新品牌或为乐酷。

根据金立集团员工@袁炫华 在微博上透露，乐视全资收购宇龙通讯，原宇龙旗下电商品牌大神被奇酷收购，奇酷和酷派分家以后改名360手机，大神品牌也被一并取消。至此，宇龙酷派体系苦心经营20载拥有的软硬件体系、专利、品牌和行业影响力将彻底消失。一代传奇就此退出历史舞台，这也标志着一个时代的结束！

消息人士称，乐视收购酷派很早就已经定了。但截止到发稿前，乐视和酷派官方还未做出声明或回应。
