金报讯（记者 蓝莹）昨日下午2时30分许，温州市中级人民法院在苍南法院开庭审理章某等26人拐卖儿童案。此次被提 起公诉的有26人，其余9人另案处理。据起诉书显示，这26人分别来自苍南、温州市区、福建、云南等地。其中年龄最大的79岁，最小的27岁，更有一名妇 产科女医生涉案。
疑犯狡辩 贩婴是在“做好事”
被告人章某辉，1965年出生，温州苍南人，被控拐卖了20名儿童。章某辉的儿子章某也被控拐卖4名儿童，是本案最小的被告，今年才27岁。
据起诉书显示，多次拐卖案中，儿子负责开车。父亲章某辉说，自己书读得少，不知道什么拐卖儿童，觉得自己是在做好事，让那些没有孩子的人有孩子可以养。
章某辉与被告人朱某相识于2013年，后发展成男女朋友（朱某被控拐卖儿童19名）。据章某辉和朱某庭审上供述，寻到买家前，他们买过来的孩子基本上由朱某、章某辉的母亲、郑某照顾（郑某照顾孩子每天50元）。
章某辉说，每起交易中，朱某负责和买家、卖家联络，价钱的商定，以及最后如何分赃。不过，朱某完全否认，她说，钱的事情自己都没参与。
层层加价 1万元购来男婴8万卖出
据了解，该案中，被拐卖婴儿多达27名。婴儿被跨省多次转卖且层层加价，成交价1万至10万不等。
据公诉人介绍，嫌疑人往往通过转卖，层层加价，将婴儿卖出，其中发生于2014年6、7月份的贩婴案，嫌犯以1万元价格从云南怒江购买一男婴，经4层转手后，以8.3万元卖出。
检察机关认为，章某、朱某、李某等26人拐卖儿童的行为已触犯我国刑法，犯罪事实清楚，证据确实充分，应当以拐卖儿童罪追究其刑事责任。
由于案件复杂，涉及人员众多，昨日的庭审，一直持续到晚8时30分才结束。预计，此次庭审将持续三天。
