　　韩国《京乡新闻》称，这些禁止向朝鲜出口的两用物项和技术虽然可以用于民用，但同样可以用于核导弹开发。《文化日报》评论说，这是中国履行安理会决议的一个步骤。美国国务院对此表示欢迎，称美中在维持朝鲜半岛无核化方面并无异议。
