　　新京报快讯（记者林斐然 实习生冷苑歌）近日，网传昆明理工大学津桥学院一男生，在宿舍与室友发生口角纠纷被对方捅伤致死。16日下午，新京报记者从昆明市公安局高新区分局相关负责人处获悉，犯罪嫌疑人已被警方刑拘，案件正在进一步调查中。

　　6月13日，云南当地多个微博称，昆明理工大学津桥学院土木工程专业大一学生彭某某，在宿舍与舍友发生争执后被对方杀害。网传多张现场图片显示，一名身穿深色衣裤的男生蹲坐在地上，左右各有一名同学搀扶，地板上有大量血渍。

　　“上游新闻”消息称，彭某某疑因回宿舍听音乐，边听边唱吵到了正在睡觉的一名室友，然后发生口角，并遭舍友攻击，遗体多处重要位置发现刀伤。彭家属13日下午6点多接到电话，被告知其受了重伤，赶到医院时彭已经死亡。

　　一名接近彭的知情人士告诉新京报记者，彭系云南大理鹤庆县人，19岁生日还没过，父母均在家务农，印象中彭脾气比较暴躁，很看重尊严和面子，吃不得亏，但也很讲义气，不会轻易动手。据他了解，双方矛盾累积已久，“但不论怎么说，也不至于到这个地步”。

　　昆明市公安局高新区分局相关负责人16日下午告诉新京报记者，6月13日晚上8点20左右，学校附近医科路派出所接到报警，说津桥学院学生宿舍有人打架，发生受伤情况，接警以后警方立即赶到现场，后在学校医务室内将同宿舍犯罪嫌疑人控制，赶到前伤者已被120急救车送医院急救。

　　经调查，该事件系同宿舍学生因为矛盾纠纷，引发口角，此后在宿舍里面发生打斗。其中一人使用折叠刀捅伤遇害学生，该学生被送医抢救无效死亡。现嫌疑人已被警方刑事拘留，案件正在进一步调查当中。
