有关“9·11”后美国政府使用刑讯手段审讯细节首次曝光

　　新华社北京6月17日电（记者靳若城、王卓伦）针对“9·11”后美国政府使用刑讯手段审讯细节首次曝光，中国外交部发言人华春莹17日在例行记者会上说，希望美方反躬自省，切实采取措施消除自身严重侵犯人权的现象。

　　有记者问：美国中央情报局14日公开50多份解密文件，有关“9·11”后美国政府使用刑讯手段审讯细节首次曝光，内容触目惊心。中方对此有何评论？

　　“我们注意到有关报道，对曝光的有关细节感到吃惊。”华春莹说，中方认为，有关各方都应恪守《日内瓦公约》等有关国际公约，切实保障囚犯的基本权利。

　　华春莹表示，美方一直以人权卫士自居，动辄对其他国家人权状况指手画脚，希望美方反躬自省，切实采取措施消除自身严重侵犯人权的现象。
