　　张队长称，只要一下过雨，河里的避孕套、卫生巾、护垫等计卫用品垃圾就比较多，平时也会零散浮现。

　　河里有排污口吗？记者发现，河道内侧每隔200米左右就有一个排污口，经常能看到有污水排入河内。

　　那是否真如附近居民所说，是河边的酒店、KTV等场所将这些垃圾排污到河里？还是有人崇尚自然，大胆的来到来河边做一些羞羞的事情？

　　张队长表示，这个暂时无法确定来源，也不排除有人偷排污水入河的可能。

　　以前通惠河还经常有人放生，附近电厂一放往河里排热水，许多鱼就会被烫死。张队长介绍，现在电厂已经停了，今年没有热水再排入河内，媒体宣传后，放生现象也少了许多，所以河内死鱼漂浮的情况已经很少，河道垃圾已经减少了一部分。
