　　在现场，有媒体提问，中国和美国双边投资协定新的负面清单现在是否双方已经交换，现在是不是在开展新谈判，双方交换的新的负面清单主要在哪些方面做了调整？

　　沈丹阳表示，近几年的中国和美国投资协定谈判总体上保持良好势头，目前已经进入负面清单谈判阶段，也就是说进入了最实质性的谈判阶段。

　　沈丹阳介绍，在上周举行的第八轮中国和美国战略与经济对话中，投资协定谈判顺理成章的成为重要内容，并且中国和美国双方承诺将于6月中旬交换新的负面清单，并将加快谈判，争取达成一个互利共赢的高水平协定。这些承诺都已经列入到第八轮中国和美国战略经济对话的成果中，这充分显示了中国和美国双方加快推进谈判的政治意愿和信心。目前，双方已经按计划如期交换了负面清单的改进初价，正在通过紧锣密鼓的谈判推动取得新的进展。
