　　三是领导干部要敢于和善于接受监督。党纪条规的内容都学习过，但如果脱离监督，背离组织和班子集体，搞“小动作”，做变通，最终会被糖衣炮弹击倒，后悔莫及。

　　四是对党组织要有永远感恩的心。组织对我的教育是从纪律、条规、法律、案例、人情、关怀等方面入手，依纪依法文明办案，教育人、启发人、帮助人，使我入心入脑，让我感化，令我终生难忘，我对党组织有一颗永远感恩的心。
